He has a broad background in corporate, commercial and contract law, competition, and personal data protection. He has acted as advisor to Fortune 500 and regional clients in automotive, banking, telecom, pharmaceutical, and environmental sectors. His interest in information technology law provides an additional awareness of legal requirements in an increasingly digital business environment. Nikola’s legal background from the Western Balkans and experience in the Dutch market place him in a unique position to bridge the clients’ needs. Since joining Cleber, Nikola has primarily been active in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
