Arbitration and Litigation
Jonathan specialises in the resolution of international disputes through arbitration, litigation and mediation. His focus areas are investment and commercial arbitration, arbitration-related court proceedings, private international law, and public international law.
Having lived on three different continents amid various languages, Jonathan handles matters from a vantage point of a variety of cultural and linguistic perspectives.
Jonathan regularly delivers guest lectures and presentations on arbitration law, state immunity, private international law, mediation, human rights and subject matters in the fields of legal philosophy and theory.
Before joining Cleber, Jonathan worked for thirteen years at international law firms, academia, and the judiciary.
