Bas van Rooijen advises clients on investments, acquisitions, exits, restructurings, and shareholder disputes.

Bas began his career in the M&A and private equity practice of Lovells LLP in Amsterdam in 2002. He then worked for an extended period in Southeast Asia at a regional fund manager focusing on institutional investors. Apart from his role as legal counsel, he managed one of the investment funds and was a board member of the Hong Kong-regulated investment manager. Additionally, he worked for a family office with operations in both Bangkok and Barcelona. Bas has extensive experience in a wide range of investment issues and transactions.
