Cleber represents its clients in all corporate disputes, in international arbitrations and arbitration related litigation such as the enforcement and annulment of arbitral awards. Corporate disputes comprise urgent measures to restore a proper corporate governance  before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, post M&A litigation such as warranty disputes, disputes between shareholders and liability issues of directors and supervisory board members. Cleber advises and represents financial institutions and debtors in matters involving distressed debt and insolvency.
