Arbitration
Cleber represents companies in commercial arbitrations under all major arbitration rules. It frequents acts as Dutch co-counsel for investors, States and State-owned entities in investment arbitrations seated in the Netherlands, in respect of Dutch substantive law, procedural law and future redress such as set-aside or enforcement proceedings in the Dutch courts.
Lawyers of Cleber act as counsel, arbitrator or Dutch law expert in arbitrations under the rules of institutions including ICC, LCIA, SCC, DIS, NAI, CAM and VIAC, as well as ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules.
We are able to conduct arbitral proceedings in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish and Dutch. Our arbitration experience covers all sectors, with a specific focus on energy and finance.
