On 30 July 2024 the Amsterdam Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal by two offshore entities, Parem Financial Inc. and Monolit Invest Inc. against the distribution methodology adopted by the Dutch Yukos foundation. The victory of the Dutch foundation and its board members ended 19 years of litigation against the Russian Federation and entities linked to it.
