Cleber represents Esperaza Holding B.V., an intermediate holding company of Angolan State-owned Sonangol, in claims against Isabel dos Santos, the daughter of the late former president of Angola, José Eduardo dos Santos, and 13 other defendants, which include Dos Santos' business associates, the Portuguese bank EuroBic, Cape Verde bank Banco BIC Cabo Verde in liquidation, a Portuguese lawyer of Dos Santos and his former Spanish law firm.
