Cleber assists Sea Shepherd Global, an admirable Dutch NGO combating illegal fishing worldwide, in a dispute affecting the governance of the Dutch foundation. The decisions rendered by the Amsterdam District Court which are a victory for Sea Shepherd can be found here  and here. Cleber continues to defend the foundation and its board members in the appeal before the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. A decision is expected on 9 December 2025.
